We are so happy that we booked our vacation at Paulina’s place in Boca! The location could not have been more perfect - it was quiet and peaceful but just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The beach itself was never overly crowded when we were there. Having the beach chairs and umbrella provided was a huge plus. The nearby area had plenty of restaurant options that we enjoyed exploring and it was also close to other towns if we wanted to venture further out. We could not have asked for anything more!

We really enjoyed our weekend at Paulina's place! It is in a perfect location. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the beach and relaxing in the pool. Paulina was very responsive to questions. We would definitely return!

This was one of my favorite Airbnb our family has stayed at! The beds were so comfortable, it was hard not to sleep in! Amazing pillows, bedding & blankets, and mattress. If that is important to you, you're going to love it. The couch and chair were so comfy we even slept on those by accident a few nights too :). We loved the close proximity to the beach; we walked there 3 of the days we stayed the night, and while we didn't get a chance to use the pool, it is a very nice perk to have a place to hang out + the jacuzzi if you need a break from the sea and a nice quiet space. Parking was a lot easier than expected considering the trick to parking everywhere else in this area. I really appreciated that. Lots of other walkable places as well, and the proximity to DelRay and FAU was great (both by car but within about 15-20 minutes drive). Also lots of nice little extra PC/cleaning items to make your stay more comfortable so you don't have to run to store immediately! Will stay again <3

Can’t say enough great things about this place. It’s the little things. The towels and blankets felt just like home. Most b and b’s will put the cheapest everything in the home but this place had real quality touches throughout. 2 min walk to a super nice beach and a 5 min walk to park and breakfast spot. We brought our 2 and 4 year old and they loved it! The pool is clean and the grills work great on the patio. One big thing we didn’t know about was the Boca downtown shuttles. They are super cheap and will pick you up here and bring you to downtown or Trader Joe’s/publix. Such a cool opportunity to relax. We will be back! Thank cheers

Paulina's apartment was the perfect spot for a weekend trip. The location is within walking distance, right over the bridge, to the 'downtown' area of Boca, close to Mizner Park, with all of the local restaurants and shops and even closer to the beach, right across the road. The home itself is perfectly described, very comfortable, and fully stocked. The back area where there is a pool and grill area is a great place to wind down outdoors after a day at the beach. Paulina was super quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend their place and look forward to staying again in the future.

It was a wonderful stay! The location was perfect! The beach was right across the street and Paulina has beach chairs available in the closet. There was also a book with information about the area and recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We will definitely be back!

Hermoso departamento frente a la playa, muy cómodo para 4 personas, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Es un barrio muy tranquilo, a unas pocas cuadras hay una calle principal donde hay restaurantes y algunos negocios. Las camas son como las de los hoteles, un poco pequeñas para dos adultos, pero no nos importó ya que solo estuvimos unos pocos días y reitero, que nos resultó mucho más cómodo que estar en un hotel. Debo destacar la amabilidad de Paulina que nos dio la posibilidad de ser flexible al horario de check in y check out, y siempre estuvo muy atenta a los mensajes.
