Pauline is very responsive. I contacted her during different times during a day and she always responded immediately The unit is a quick walk to a beautiful beach. The location felt safe. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. Th room temperature was easy to adjust during some cooler nights. I really appreciated the TV in the bedroom. After several long days out and about it was wonderful to catch late night news and doze off. I didn’t know much about Boca but this is a gem location in a beautiful city. If I return this will definitely be my first choice to stay

We booked Paulina’s place for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated and has a very comfortable king bed. We made meals in the kitchen and the counter with 4 high top chairs provided us a nice area to work on our laptops. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge plus! The apartment has a charming covered patio by the pool with 2 tables that we chilled out every evening enjoying a bottle of wine prior to dinner. The proximity to the beach was important to us, this is an amazing location just a short walk across the road and you are at a beautiful beach that was never overcrowded. I cannot say enough about our host Paulina, she is the best we’ve experienced in all our travels. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a great stay. She was always quick to respond to our questions, a super host indeed.

Paulina was truly an exceptional host, and this stay could not have been more meaningful for us. We were in town for the adoption of our first baby, and from the very beginning she listened to our situation and went above and beyond—offering us an early check-in while we were between stays, checking in on how the adoption and baby were going, and even offering us a guest suite on the property as our stay was ending. Extending our stay was seamless and stress-free thanks to her help!! The home itself was gorgeous. The shower was AMAZING—fantastic water pressure and super hot water. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the furniture was high quality and cozy, and the entire house was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen, closets, and bathroom were very well stocked, and I was able to easily cook multiple dinners during our stay. This was as close to a perfect stay as you can get. Thank you Paulina for an amazing experience and your incredible hospitality 💕

This place was perfect for our stay while my son was at IMG. It was close to everything and easy to get to. It was a very easy drive to IMG and the beach for after! Will def visit here in the future

Almost want to keep this one a secret, but I have to say this place was absolutely perfect. The location could not have been better. Right across the street from the beach and a nice easy walk to all the places we wanted to be in Boca. I could tell the host would’ve been very prompt to fix any issues we had if there had been any, but everything was perfect.

Great stay! Easy check-in and convenient parking with clear and detailed instructions from the host. The apartment is very well equipped: household appliances, dishes, toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, spices, extra pillows and blankets, iron, hair dryer, and even beach accessories. Pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

Staying at Paulina's place was a delightful experience. The location was ideal, and the home provided a cozy, clean environment stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Paulina was a wonderful host. I cannot say enough about her or the unit we had. It looked exactly like the pictures! It was tastefully done with comfortable furniture. It felt like home immediately with a well-equipped kitchen, a washer & dryer and a TV with all the streaming services we wanted. After a short walk, we were at the beach, and she provided beach chairs. I messaged her with a very small issue, and she responded immediately, and it was taken care of the same day. She was very friendly and accommodating. We loved where we stayed, and I would love to stay there in the future! I would highly recommend Paulina!

Really nice apartment near to I95, but not to far from the beach as well. Miami Downtown and both airports are easily reachable within half hour. Nice, cosy, new building with garage and electric car charger. Well equipped kitchen. Was perfect for our stay! Paulina was a really great host. Responsible, proactive, friendly and kind. Keep up the good work! Really nice value for money! Not so fancy as a beach house, but not cost a ton of money.
